Frenzy

Two sources have said that Ryan Smyth has a five-year offer from the Islanders for $6.5 per. Greg Logan is reporting that Viktor Kozlov has turned down a one-year deal worth $1.5m from the Islanders. Someone will overpay for him but he had a great season for us last year. Should he leave the team, all of us will remember the 4 goal effort vs. the Rangers last December.

Like everyone else, I was wrong with the timing. The free agent frenzy starts at 12:01 eastern time this afteroon.
